Since 2013, I've worked with trauma, abuse, personal identity formation, and childhood experiences. 

 

My approach to counseling is integrative, drawing from various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and psychodynamic interventions. I firmly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a supportive alliance with each client.

My own journey has been shaped by both hardships and joy. It is this personal understanding that fuels my commitment to assisting others on their own journeys.
